I will try and get hold of the logic-level version of the fet. What are you using datsaheet measure the voltage – a scope, Irgz44v hope? What’s inside of one? Most data sheets for logic level MOSFET transistors will clearly state they are compatible with logic level gate drive voltage. I speak for myself, not Arduino. You just have to keep track of that in your sketch. It may also be others factors as my first look at it was kind of quick As I see it it is a good possibility that you can IRFZ What bit says you need 50kHz?

Well not much success with the transistor, although I’m not sure if my setup was good. Then the forum may dayasheet you more accurate answers. What kind of transistor would I need? Big suprise when I found the rack with Transistors- label said irfz44 – but on the transistor- irfz44n Most data sheets for logic level MOSFET transistors will clearly state they are compatible with logic level gate drive voltage.

I have tried to search for the difference between the two mosfets, and I’m not really getting an answer I need.
