Ok, but not recommended. I was checking out one of the library copies about every 6 months, until I finally found a paperback copy at a used bookstore in Ann Arbor and don’t have to share anymore. The sexual dysfunction between Davy and Matilda was frustrating.

Davy’s manipulative father, all the secret keeping, and, after a while, even the clever internal monologuing got to be irritating, but thankfully Crusie never let it go on too long.
